Why it mattered
ChatGPT Lab gave me a chance to see how AI products are shaped before they reach broad use. I tested features in real academic workflows, focusing on where they actually worked and where they broke down in practice.
What made it valuable was the ability to give structured feedback grounded in real use, then see how those insights informed product decisions. It also gave me a clearer understanding of what makes a tool genuinely useful in a learning environment.
